水库移民后期扶持监测评估要点浅析

大中型水库移民后期扶持政策实施情况监测评估在广西区内的试点工作已经结束，笔者根据广西区苍梧县大中型水库移民后期扶持政策实施情况监测评估试点实践，对后期扶持监测评估工作开展的要点进行了分析总结。提出在基础理论学习、编制工作大纲、外业工作开展、内业资料整理、报告编制方面的工作要点，希望能对今后开展监测评估工作提供一定帮助。

Analysis on Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Key Points of Follow-up Support Policy for Reservoir Resettlement

The pilot work of monitoring and evaluation on large and medium-sized reservoir resettlement follow-up support policy implementation in Guangxi has completed. Based on the pilot practice in Cangwu County of Guangxi, the author analyzes and summarizes the monitoring and evaluation key points of follow-up support policy implementation, and proposes the some suggestions from the aspects of learning basic theory, preparing work outlines, carrying out field works, processing office works and preparing reports, which can be referenced by similar projects in future.
