摘    要:在大中型水电工程人工砂石系统中,常采用棒磨机、立轴式破碎机制砂或棒磨及与立轴式破碎机联合制砂。文章对棒磨机、立轴式破碎机制砂规律进行了分析,并对制砂工艺相关问题如开闭路循环、干湿法生产方式选用以及成品砂细度模数、石粉含量、含水量控制等进行了探讨。

Abstract:In large and medium-sized hydropower projects,the artificial aggregate system often produce sand by using of rod mill,vertical shaft crusher or by using them together. The paper analyzes the sand producing rules of rod mill and vertical shaft crusher, and discusses the problems related to sand producing technology such as opening-closing cycle,selection of dry or wet production method,as well as the control of fineness modulus, stone power content and moisture of produced sand etc.
