| 摘 要： | 探讨哮喘患儿急性发作期，缓解期外周血ET、TNF－a水平变化，并分析其相关性。本实验选择47例哮喘患儿，32名正常儿童作为对照组，分别在哮喘急性发作期和缓解期采静脉血，用放射免疫法检测ET、TNF-a水平。结果发现发作期哮喘息儿血浆ET明显高于正常儿童（分别为91．26±21．606，54．42±18．602ng／L，P＜0．0005），缓解期降至正常水平（64．50±20．159ng／L，P＞0．05）重症组高于轻中症组建（分别为108．27±19.50879．32±20．61ng／L，P＜0．005），发作期哮喘息儿血清TNF-a水平亦明显高于正常儿童（分别为1．877±0．39，1．176±0．39ng／L，P＜0．005）缓解期降至正常水平（1．183±0335ng／L，P＞0．05）重症组高于轻中症组（分别为2.18±0．441．65±035ng／L，P＜0．0005）ET和TNF-a水平呈显著正相关。提示ET和TNF-a在哮喘发病机制中有其重要作用．对哮喘的病情判断及预后有一定指导意义。

| Abstract: | To observe the correlation among serum levels of tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a),endothelin(ET) andseverity and course of asthma,serum TNF-a and ET levels of 47 asthmatic and 32 normal children weredetermined by radioimmunoassay. The results showed that serum TNF-a and ET levels of acute restorationcourse. Meanwhile, severe patients had much higher serum levels of TNF- a and ET level. It could be concludedthat ET and TNF-a play a role in the onset of asthma. Serum levels of ET and TNF-a may be helpfulindicators for making judgement of severity and outcome of asthma. |
