摘    要:中国联通科研中心办公楼顶层为预应力混凝土悬挂结构,结合工程特点与难点,根据现场实际情况及以往施工经验,提出了3种施工备选方案,即采用悬挑、落地架和悬挂钢结构平台作为施工操作面及荷载支撑平台,经对比分析,最终确定采用悬挑钢结构桁架平台,并详细介绍了悬挑钢桁架平台结合钢管支撑体系工艺技术、施工要点以及施工过程中的注意事项.通过工程的顺利实施,证明该施工技术安全可行.

Abstract:The top floor of China Unicom Research Center office building is suspended structure.Based on the characteristics and difficulties of the project,and according to site conditions and construction experiences,three construction schemes are put forward including cantilever steel truss platform,floor bearing platform and suspended supporting platform.The scheme with suspended supporting platform is determined by comparison.The process of suspended supporting platform combined with steel supporting system is introduced in detail,as well as construction points and attentions.The results show that the construction method is safe and feasible.
