| 摘 要： | 无 论是进口的和国产的卧式振动离心脱水机 ,都是利用筛篮作回转运动 ,靠离心力来脱水 ,同时在振动电机驱动下 ,筛篮主轴作轴向振动 ,驱使物料从筛篮开口端排出 ,离心液由水仓体收集后排出。１技术特征进口与国产卧式振动离心脱水机分别以澳大利亚郎艾道公司生产的ＶＭ -１４００卧式振动离心脱水机和埃凯中选公司生产的ＷＺＴ -１０００卧式振动离心脱水机为例 ,以后简称郎艾道离心机和埃凯离心机。其主要技术特征见表１。２设计原理与分析见图１和图２。２ .１外观设计郎艾道离心机外观形式比较紧凑、合理、美观 ,振动体与底座相对隔离 ,…
