摘    要:在圆钢材料的生产过程中,圆钢外径测量是极为重要的环节。为提高圆钢在线测径的效率及测量精度,设计了基于线阵CCD及以S3C2440为硬件核心的嵌入式Linux操作系统的圆钢外径测量系统,解决了传统圆钢测径方法中接触式测量的一些局限,且经实验验证,系统实现了线阵CCD非接触式圆钢外径测量,测量结果准确、精度高、稳定性好且人机交互界面友好,可方便地显示测量结果并对实验数据进行处理,具有自动测量、结构简单、小型化、非接触式等特点。

Abstract:A design of linear CCD photoelectric non contact diameter gauge is proposed on embeded system of Linux, resolving the problems in the traditional steel diameter method, improving the efficiency of the meseaurement process. The apparatus has a sim- pie structure, small size and high accuracy. The measurement results are accurate with high precision and good stability, and the friendly GUI of the system displaying the measurements directly and conveniently.
