| 摘 要： | 目的:分析食指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指组织缺损的解剖及转移特点。方法:食指背侧岛状皮瓣修复拇指组织缺损肌腱外露或指骨骨折患者,修复创面4 cm×3 cm~1.5 cm×2.0 cm。结果:11例皮瓣全部成活,3例术后皮瓣远端部分下脂及液化。结论:食指背侧岛状皮瓣修复是治疗拇指组织缺损的有效方法。

Clinical application of repair of thumb tissue defect with dorsal island flap of index finger |

| Abstract: | Objective: To analyze the characteristics of transplantation and anatomy of repair of thumb tissue defect with dorsal island flap of index finger.Methods: Patients with thumb tissue defect or tendon exposure caused by fracture of phalange bone or other trauma were repaired by transplanting dorsal island flap of index finger;repaired area of defect was 4 cm×3 cm～1.5 cm×2.0 cm.Results: Transplanted flaps for the tissue repair were survived all in 11 patients,fat in distal section of flap occurred loss and liquefaction in 3 patients.Conclusion: Repair of thumb tissue defect by transplantation of dorsal island flap of index finger is effective. |
