中海高粘高弹1-D改性沥青性能研究

摘    要:采用常规试验和动态剪切流变试验研究了中海高粘高弹改性沥青胶结料性质,并对这种改性沥青混合料的路用性能进行了测试评价。试验结果表明,这种特殊的改性沥青的60℃黏度可达到91 768 Pa.s,弹性恢复超过95%,沥青混合料具有良好的抗车辙能力、水稳定性和抗低温开裂能力。中海高粘高弹改性沥青适合应用于重载交通道路以及桥隧、机场跑道等工程。

Abstract:The Performances of Zhonghai high viscosity and high elastic modified asphalt were evaluated by traditional tests and DSR tests. The test results showed the viscosity at 60 ℃ reached 91768 Pa.s and elastic recovery was more than 95%. Asphalt mixture also had good rutting resistance, water stability and anti crack ability in low temperature. This special modified asphalt was suitable for heavy traffic road, tunnel and airport runway.
