ASP连铸结晶器铜板热流和温度的研究

摘    要:根据在线实测的铜板温度以及ASP(Angang Strip Production)板坯连铸机冷却参数,建立了ASP板坯结晶器(高1 000 mm,铸坯断口面170 mm×2 000 mm)铜板传热模型以计算结晶器热流密度的分布函数和得出结晶器热流密度与结晶器高度的关系式。结果表明,铜板温度和热流密度的分布具有相似的规律性,结晶器内、外弧铜板宽度方向上中心和角部的热流波动分别约为400 kW/m2和200 kW/m2,其温度差分别约为30℃和20℃。

Abstract:According to measured copper plate temperature and cooling parameters of ASP ( Angang Strip Production) slab concaster at situ, a heat transfer model for ASP slab mould (height 1 000 mm, slab cross-section 170 mm x 2 000 mm) has been established to calculate the distribution function of mould heat flux and get the relational expression between heat flux and height of mould. Results show that the distribution of copper plate temperature is similar to that of heat flux; the fluctuations of heat flux between loose and fix copper plate at center and edge of mould wide direction are respectively about 400 kW/m2 and 200 kW/m2, of which the differences of temperature are respectively about 30 °C and 20 °C.
