听障大学生心理健康与应对方式的相互关系

目的调查听障大学生心理健康状况与应对方式，并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90，SCL-90）及应对方式问卷（Coping Style Questionnaire，CSQ）对129名听障大学生进行测评，并与健听大学生组进行比较。结果从SCL-90问卷调查结果中得出，听障大学生心理健康水平显著低于健听大学生（P<0.05），他们更倾向使用不成熟型和合理化型的应对方式。听障大学生的心理健康状况与应对方式存在一定的内在联系，不同的应对方式对心理健康水平影响较大。结论为提高听障大学生的心理健康水平，应加强心理教育。

The Relationship between Mental Health and Coping Styles of College Students with Hearing Impairment

Objoctive To investigate the correlations between mental health status and coping styles of college students with hearing impairment. Mothodm The Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90） and the Coping Style Questionnaire （CSQ） were used to test 129 hearing-impaired college students. The results were compared with those of normal- hearing group. Kosults The SCL-90 test showed that the mental health status of hearing-impaired students were significantly poorer than that of normal-hearing students（P〈0.05）. The hearing-impaired students preferred to use immature and reasonable coping styles. There were correlations between mental health status and coping styles of hearing-impaired students. Different coping styles had significant effects on the mental health status. Concluslon The mental health education shall be strengthened so as to improve the mental health status of hearing-impaired students.
