摘    要:采用计算机视觉技术、数据库技术、机器视觉硬件平台和图像处理技术,实现了在线视觉检测系统的构建.根据在印刷行业中应用印品质量在线检测技术进行检测过程中遇到的新问题,如高精度烫金、高速生产下的适时检测、全息激光防伪技术的实现和多特征高精度的在线检测等,提出了针对多特征商标进行的在线视觉检测系统的构建.主要阐述了在多特征检测、高精度要求和高速连续生产等技术下的在线检测系统的信息流特征,以及多特征商标印刷在线检测技术下的清废工艺自动化.

Abstract:By using computer vision technology, database technology, machine vision hardware platform and image processing technology, trademarks of multi-feature online detection system was built. According to new problems encountered in the application of printing quality online detection technology in the printing industry, such as high-precision bronzing, the timely detection of high speed production,the realization of the holographic technology, and high precision multi-feature detection,trademarks of multi-feature online check visual detection system was proposed. The main idea was to explain the information characteristic which is under the multi-feature detection, high accuracy requirements, and high-speed continuous production and so on. It also expounded automation between the online detection technology of 'multi-feature trademark printing and stripping technology.
