| 摘 要： | 目的探讨在食管鳞癌中环氧化酶-2(cyc looxygenase-2,COX-2)的表达与肿瘤细胞增殖及血管生成的关系。方法用免疫组织化学染色S-P法检测46例食管鳞癌组织中COX-2、核增殖相关抗原(K i-67)、CD34的表达。结果食管鳞癌COX-2的表达与其临床病理特征如年龄、性别、癌肿大小、分化程度、淋巴结是否转移、肿瘤分期等无关;与肿瘤细胞的增殖及血管生成相关。结论COX-2具有促进肿瘤细胞增殖及肿瘤血管生成的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationships among the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),Ki-67 and microvascular density(MVD) in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical techniques by SP method were used to detect the expressions of COX-2,Ki-67 and MVD in 46 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.Results Elevated COX-2 expression was not correlated with clinicalpathological features of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma,including age,gender,tumor size,histogical grade,lymph node metastasis,TNM stage;but it was correlated with Ki-67 and MVD.Conclusions COX-2 may promote tumor cell proliferation and tumor angiogenesis. |
