基于CC2530的矿用无线顶板压力传感器的设计

摘    要:针对有线顶板压力传感器存在传输线易被砸断、维护困难等问题,提出了一种基于CC2530的矿用无线顶板压力传感器的设计方案,介绍了该传感器的硬件组成和工作流程。该传感器可对采集到的压力变送器数据经处理后通过天线传输至无线监测分站,方便地完成煤矿井下综采工作面液压支架和单体支柱的监测。测试结果表明,该传感器的无线发射功率高,接收灵敏度好,信号调制质量良好。

Abstract:In view of problems of easy to be broken of transmission line and difficult maintenance of wired roof pressure sensor,a design scheme of wireless roof pressure sensor based on CC2530 was proposed,hardware components and workflow of the sensor were introduced.The sensor can process data collected by pressure transmitter and then transmit the data to wireless monitoring substation through antenna,so as to realize monitoring for hydraulic support and single prop on fully mechanized coal face.The test result showed that the sensor has high wireless transmitting power,good receiving sensitivity and reliable quality of signal modulation.
