| 摘 要： | 以积极的姿态应对低碳经济转型，是今后较长时期我国经济社会发展的重要课题。对低碳经济的内涵与发展的动因进行了分析，从农业、工业、服务业的低碳转型方面对以低碳经济为导向的产业体系转型进行了探讨，并从完善低碳政策、培育低碳文化，制造低碳标准、鼓励低碳竞争等方面研究了以低碳经济为导向的产业生态重构。适时推进我国产业低碳转型，有助于我们赢得低碳经济时代的国际话语权。

| Abstract: | It is an important issue for the future economic and social development of China＇s long period of time which have a positive attitude to low-carbon economy. This paper analysis the content of low-carbon economy and development of motivation and also discuss transformation of industrial system and reconstruction of industrial ecological. Timely promote transformation of low-carbon of China＇s industry will help us win the international discourse in low-carbon economy. |
