| 摘 要： | 作为新兴险种,房地产保险在我国的发展仍不成熟。本文从实地调查入手,分析我国房地产保险的发展现状,并介绍和总结国外房地产保险的发展简况,进而获得有益的启示。在此基础上,对我国房地产保险发展提出若干对策建议。
