摘    要:在对扬州双博馆市场拓展所做调研的基础上,文章就扬州双博馆经营存在的问题与游客市场需求特征进行剖析,提出创新开发拓展市场、设计满足市场的产品、提供高质量服务、多方面多手段宣传、区域内外合作等建议,以拓展扬州双博馆的现有市场,促进博物馆旅游资源的充分开发。

A Tentative Exploration of Marketing Strategies for Museum Tourism--Taking Yangzhou Shuangbo Museum

Abstract:Based on a survey of the marketing of Yangzhou Shuangbo Museum, this paper analyzes the problems in its running and the demand of tourists before suggesting strategies such as innovative marketing, design of market-oriented products, high-quality service, diversified publicity channels and cooperation in and outside the region so as to expand its present market and promote the full play of its tourism resources.
