普食碘盐前、后^131I治疗甲亢疗效对比分析

摘    要:目的:对比分析普食碘盐前、后^131I治疗甲亢的疗效,了解碘盐对^131I治疗甲亢的疗效有无影响。方法:对400例甲亢患者,其中普食碘盐前(简称碘前组)163例,碘盐后(简称碘后组)237例,按相同的公式计算^131I治疗量并判断、比较疗效。结果:碘后组6h、24h摄^131I率和6h与24h^131I率的比值及高峰前移率较碘前组显著下降(P<0.05),而碘后组^131I治疗用量则显著大于碘前组(P<0.01),但两组间每克甲状腺^131I用量差异无显著意义(P>0.05);两组间治愈率、好转率、有效率、复发率、晚发甲减率差异均无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:碘盐并不影响^131I治疗甲亢的疗效,以甲状腺最高摄^131I率和计划每克甲状腺实际摄取^131I量计算治疗量是适当的。

Abstract:Objective To analysis contrastively the therapeutic effect of 131 I on hyperthyroidism before and after universal salt iodization, to understand the effect of salt iodization on the therapeutic effect of on hyperthyoidism. Methods According to the same Rx, 131 Iwas given to 163 patients before universal salt iodization and 237 cases after that, and the therapeutic effect of 131 I on hyperthyroidism was determined and compared between before and after. ResultsThe therapeutic dose of 131 I was higher. Thyroid iodine uptake rate of 6h and 24h, value of 6h/24h, peak forward rate were lower in groups after universal salt iodization than that in groups before that ( P <0.05), however, significant difference was not found in dose of 131 I per gram in two groups ( P >0.05);In two groups, cure rate, improving rate, efficiency rate, relapse rate, later hypothyroidism rate were not significant difference ( P >0.05). Conclusion The salt iodization has not an influence on the therapeutic effect of 131 I on hyperthyroidism, and on the basis of thyroid highest iodine uptake rate and planning dose of 131 I per gram, it is advisable to count the therapeutic dose of 131 I.
