摘    要:镍基合金渐变曲率风口法兰产品形状特殊、尺寸较大、材料拉深困难.在冲压成型加工过程中,通过物理气相沉积(PVD)技术对模具材料实施表面改性处理,拉伸、翻边成型过程中精确控制压边力,以及成型过程中对半成品进行消除应力的处理,从而实现产品精密成型,确保产品外观、尺寸精度及形位公差的要求.

Abstract:Product of Ni-based alloy gradient curvature air inlet flange is difficult to deep stretching processing due to its spe-cial shape and large size. In stamping forming process, physical vapor deposition ( PVD) technique is used in die materialsurface modification, pressure-pad-force is controlled accurately during process of deep stretching and flanging forming, andstress relief treatment is required on semi-finished product during the forming process. Thus precise forming of product is real-ized, so the appearance of product, the size precision and the geometric tolerance are guaranteed to meet requirements.
