摘    要:在航空航天领域,往往采用整体式隔振(WBVI)系统保护敏感设备。敏感设备质量偏心的存在会改变隔振系统的动力学特性,引起线振动与角振动的耦合,不仅增加了隔振系统设计的难度,而且会影响敏感设备的性能和工作精度。本文根据Lagrange方程建立了偏心敏感部件整体式隔振系统的动力学模型,其刚度矩阵和阻尼矩阵的非零非对角线元素体现了不同方向振动的耦合;依据此模型对系统进行了模态分析、谐响分析和宽频随机响应分析,并研究了谐振频率、响应峰值及对应频率、随机响应均方根值与偏心之间的关系。结果表明偏心的存在改变了系统的动力学特性,引起了不同方向振动的相互耦合,对结构动力学特性和响应特性有着不可忽略的影响。

Abstract:Whole-body vibration isolation (WBVI) is widely used to protect sensitive devices in the area of aerospace. The eccentricity of the sensitive device can change the dynamic characteristics of the system and lead to the coupling of translation and rotation motions, which not only affects the performance of the sensitive device, but also adds difficulties to the design and analysis of the vibration isolation system. The present paper establishes the dynamic model of the WBVI system based on the Lagrange equation, in which the non-zero elements in the non-diagonal position of the stiffness matrix and damping matrix reflect the coupling of vibrations in different directions; modal analysis, frequency analysis and broadband random analysis are carried out to explore the relationships between the eccentricity and natural frequencies, the frequency response peak values and the corresponding frequencies, and the RMS values of the random responses. Results show that the existence of the eccentricity changes the dynamic characteristics of the system and introduces the coupling of vibrations in different directions, which affects the performance of the system significantly.
