矮寨大桥轨索架梁系统的研制及工程应用

摘    要:矮寨大桥为钢桁加劲梁单跨悬索桥,主跨布置为242m+1176m+116m。它跨越德夯大峡谷,峡谷两岸地势陡峭,桥面设计标高与地面高差达355米左右。为了克服运输条件差的困难,提出了轨索滑移架梁法的施工方案。它是利用悬索桥主缆作承重结构,永久吊索连接临时吊鞍支承张紧的轨索作为轨道,运梁小车在轨索上移动运送钢桁加劲梁段,到达待安装位置,借助缆载吊机垂直起吊安装。文中对轨索滑移架梁系统及其缩比模型试验和足尺模型试验进行了介绍,同时对缆载吊机的设计和试验也进行了描述,最后介绍了工程应用情况。试验和工程应用结果表明:轨索滑移架梁法能快速实现悬索桥的主梁架设,并具有很好的安全性和经济性,具有广阔的应用前景和推广价值。

Abstract:Aizhai Bridge is a steel-truss stiffened girder single-span suspension bridge with the main span arrangement of 242m+1176m+116m. It crosses the Dehang Grand Canyon, the terrain on both sides of the canyon is steep, and the design elevation of the bridge floor is about 355 meters different from the ground level. In order to overcome the difficulty of poor transportation conditions, the construction scheme of rail cable sliding frame and beam method is put forward. It uses the main cable of the suspension bridge as a load-bearing structure, and the permanent suspension cable is connected to the tensioned rail cable supported by the temporary sling as a track. The beam carriage moves the steel girder stiffening beam section on the rail cable, reaches the position to be installed, and vertically lifts and installs it with the help of the cable hoist. In this paper, the sliding-frame beam system of the rail cable and its scale model test and full scale model test are introduced. At the same time, the design and test of the cable hoist are also described. The test and engineering application results show that the rail cable sliding frame beam method can quickly realize the erection of the main beam of the suspension bridge, and has good safety and economy, and has broad application prospect and popularization value.
