摘    要:针对孤岛型微电网受可再生能源和负荷不确定性影响的特点,提出基于梯次偏离不确定集的孤岛型微电网鲁棒经济调度算法。根据微电网的结构特点进行建模,利用微电网的不确定集生成梯次偏离的不确定集。在日前计划阶段,以所有场景可行,期望场景集内性能最优优化出微电网的各设备出力,得到日前计划方案。日内调度阶段,保持日前计划调度阶段优选出的储能系统出力,利用新能源以及负荷的实时数据,对微型燃气轮机、新能源弃风弃光、可平移负荷功率的日前阶段优化解进行二次优化调整,提高微电网运行的经济性。结果表明:该方法取得了更优异的控制性能,提高微电网调度的经济性。最终,通过仿真案例验证了该方法的有效性。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of islanded microgrid with renewable energy and load uncertainty, a robust economic dispatch algorithm for islanded microgrid is proposed based on echelon deviation uncertainty set. The microgrid model is set up for its structural characteristics, and the uncertainty set is converted into the uncertainty set with echelon deviation. In the day-ahead scheduling stage, the outputs of each device of the microgrid are optimized to obtain the day-ahead scheduling scheme with the optimal solution for all scenarios feasible and performance of the expected set of scenarios optimal. In the intra-day scheduling stage, it maintains the power output of the energy storage system obtained in the day-ahead scheduling stage, and adjusts the day-ahead optimal solution of micro-gas turbine, curtailment of photovoltaic power and wind power, and shiftable load to improve the economic performance through a secondary optimization utilizing the real-time data of new energy and load . The results show that the proposed method achieves better control performance and improves the economy of microgrid dispatch. Finally, the effectiveness of the method is verified by a simulation case.
