含氟助浸剂对钒矿的硫酸浸出和萃钒的影响研究

摘    要:研究了含氟助浸剂对陕西钒矿的硫酸浸出和萃钒的影响。试验结果表明: 加入2%含氟助浸剂, 硫酸浸出钒的浸出率可从80%提高到93%; 用P204+磺化煤油作萃取剂, 经过10级逆流萃取V2O5, 钒的萃取率仍保持在99%以上, 氟几乎不被萃取。试验表明含氟助浸剂能有效提高钒的浸出率, 同时对萃取分离影响不大。

Abstract:The effect of F-containing leaching agent on sulphuric acid leaching and extracting vanadium of vanadium mine in Shaanxi was investigated. The results showed that the leaching rate of vanadium by sulphuric acid leaching can increase from 80% to 93% by the addition of 2% F-containing leaching agent. Using P204 and sulphonated kerosene as extractant, the extraction yield of vanadium still remained above 99% and F was almost not be extracted after 10-stage countercurrent extraction of V2O5. The results indicated that F-containing leaching agent can effectively improve the leaching rate of vanadium and had little effect on the extraction of vanadium.
