| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗上尿路结石的方法和临床疗效。方法应用微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗上尿路结石46例。结果46例患者,33例Ⅰ期取净结石,9例需要Ⅱ期取石,4例肾盏内有小结石残留,经体外冲击波碎石治愈。结论微创经皮肾穿刺取石术疗效好、创伤小,可作为治疗肾、输尿管上段结石的一种常用治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the availability and clinical outcome of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy(MPCNL) in treating upper urinary calculi.Methods A total of 46 patients suffering from upper urinary calculi who were treated with MPCNL.Results Of 46 cases,one-stage stone free was achieved in 33 cases,second-look was needed in 9 cases.4 cases were cured by ESWL after MPCNL.Conclusion MPCNL is regarded as a minimal invasive and good effective method for treatmenting renal or upper ureteral stones |
