文章研发了一种金属薄板折边机,主要用于金属薄板的折边,包括工作台、主滚筒、副滚筒和电机,其特点在于在主滚筒和副滚筒之间设置三角垫块,其优点在于金属薄板进入折边机后,碰到三角垫块的斜端面,在斜端面的作用下发生弯曲,折边完成。该设备结构简单,大大提高了工作效率。

The invention of the circular metal plate rolling machine

This paper developed a circular metal plate rolling machine which including the Working table, main roller, auxiliary drum and electric machine .The circular metal plate rolling machine is mainly used for the Sheet metal folding .It’s feature is the triangular cushion block which set up between the main roller and auxiliary drum. Its advantage is to bend the metal plate by the angled end-face of the triangular cushion block .when the metal plate pass the rolling machine. Its structure is simple and it can greatly improve the working efficiency.
