摘    要:作为新型生态纤维,木棉、天竹以及圣麻具有优越的可再生、良好的保健和绿色生态性能.生态毛精纺产品在研制过程中充分利用受控的清洁生态加工工艺,从有机羊毛、木棉纤维、天竹纤维和圣麻纤维等生态纤维的选择、染色工艺条件及染色效果的对比、纱线规格的制订及流程优化、织布上机参数的同条件对比和后整理的干湿工艺均进行了深入的技术研究,合理混合以上生态纤维,并最终做成高档面料.该技术既解决了纺织原料日益短缺的矛盾,又迎合了生态环保纺织品的发展需求.

Abstract:The new type ecological fibers include capoc,bamboo and ramie with its superior regenerative property and best health care performance.Focusing on the technology combination of the ecological fiber with the organic wool,the process is short and clean under control,circular and repeated water use,high efficiency for dealing with sewage water.These new fibers can dramatically resolve resource shortage for textile industry,meanwhile the combination of the ecological fibers with the organic wool meet the increa...
