中老年女性骨质疏松症流行病学现状、分类及诊断

骨质疏松症是一种退行性疾病，严重影响中老年女性的健康和生活质量。且随着老龄化社会的到来，其患病率增加，成为严重的社会公共健康问题。因此，充分认识骨质疏松症，了解其流行病学特征及危险因素，掌握其诊断标准及诊断方法的选择具有非常重要的意义。本文就骨质疏松症的流行病学和危险因素、分类、诊断标准和方法做一简述。

Epidemiology,classification and diagnosis of osteoporosis in middle-aged women

Abstract:Osteoporosis is a degenerative disease,seriously affecting the health and quality of life of middle-aged women. With the advent of an aging society,the prevalence of osteoporosis can be expected to rise. Osteoporosis becomes a major public health problem. Therefore,it is important for us to fully understand osteoporosis and its epidemiology and risk factors,to grasp diagnostic criteria and to choose their diagnostic method. This paper reviews the epidemiology,risk factors,classification,diagnostic criteria and methods of osteoporosis.
