聚合氯化铝锌絮凝剂的研制和性能评定

摘    要:采用在AlCl3与ZnCl2溶液中加NaOH的方法制备出一种新型无机复合高分子絮凝剂聚合氯化铝锌(PAZC),通过正交试验找出了最佳的制备工艺条件为铝浓度0.5 mol/L,NaOH浓度0.5 mol/L,搅拌时间10 min,制备碱化度2.2。并探讨了锌铝的量比、pH值、絮凝剂投加量及陈化时间对絮凝效果的影响。得出最佳混凝条件:最佳锌与铝的量比为3∶5,pH值为8~11,絮凝剂投加量为5 mg/L。在此条件下,对浊度为300度的水样,PAZC的除浊率超过98%。

Abstract:A new type of inorganic polymer flocculant: polymeric aluminum zinc chloride(PAZC) was prepared using the method that adding NaOH into AlCl3 and ZnCl2 solution.The optimal condition for the preparation process was found through the orthogonal test,that was: the mass concentration of aluminum and NaOH were 0.5 mol/L respectively,the stirring time was 10 min,the basification degree was 2.2.Meanwhile,the effects of mass ratio of zinc to aluminum,pH value,dosage of flocculant,aging time on flocculation efficiency were discussed.the results showed that,the optimal coagulation condition was: mass ratio of zinc to aluminum was 3 ∶ 5,pH value was 8-11,dosage of flocculant was 5 mg/L.Under the above condition,for the sample water that turbidity was 300 degree,the removal rate of turbidity by PAZC was above 98%.
