| 摘 要： | 针对杭州湾上虞工业园区20kV配电网建设，制定了主要规划技术原则和供电侧、客户侧升压改造策略；在此基础上进行110kV、20kV配电网规划，制定了由10kV升压至20kV的方案：从20kV供电的技术优势、节约用地、节能减排、降低电网投资等角度进行应用成效分析。
