西安市星级酒店能耗现状及节能分析

通过对西安市部分星级酒店的能耗调研,对西安市星级酒店建筑围护结构、最近两年的总体能耗、建筑能耗、空调系统能耗及酒店节能管理的现状进行分析,分析显示,西安市星级酒店类公共建筑单位能耗较大,节能意识不强,节能技术未得到广泛应用,空调系统运行效率偏低,照度过大,有很大的节能潜力。

PRESENT ENERGY CONSUMPTION AND ENERGY SAVING ANALYSIS FOR STAR-RATED HOTELS IN XI'AN

According to the research on energy consumption of parts of star-rated hotels in Xi＇an, this thesis analyzes space enclosing structures, the past two year total energy consumption, building energy consumption, air condition energy consumption, and current energy saving management of the restaurants and hotels; This study finds that among the restaurants and hotels in Xi＇an, the unit energy consumption is high, saving awareness is poor, energy-saving technologies have not been applied broadly, and efficiency of air condition systems is relative low while illuminance is too high. These problems illustrate that this kind of public buildings in Xi＇an has large potential for energy saving.
