庞庄水库灌区用水优化管理计算机系统的研制

庞庄水库灌区用水优化管理计算机系统是为灌区优化调度而研制的决策支持系统，由数据库，模型库，报告生成系统，辅助系统和人机对话界面等５部分组成。成系统设计中，既考虑了实用性，科学性，灵活性等原则，也兼顾多数水库灌区的工作特点，做到了通用性。应用该系统模拟计算的结果表明，灌区河减少弃水量３１．７％，多灌溉０．３万公顷次，并可增加水费收入５－１０万元。
