摘    要:为了提高光纤Bragg光栅(FBG)传感器阵列的信号解调精度,基于窄带光源问讯解调原理,提出了引入带标记热稳定标准具模块来实现实时校准的方案,利用12位A/D采集模块将信号采入计算机,在虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW下处理信号,峰值检测方法为分段寻峰。实验表明:该方案对FBG传感器中心波长位移的最大解调精度为1pm,相对于无实时校准模块方案下的解调精度提高了10倍以上,在应变为1×10^-4的范围内,测量误差小于1.5×10^-6。

Abstract:To improve the demodulation precision of fiber Bragg grating ( FBG) sensor array, a real-time calibrating demodulation system which is based on narrow band light source inquiring demodulation method and using impervious to temperature regulator with marker,is presented. The signal is gathered into computer by 12 bit A/D and processed by LabVIEW. The peak detection method is searching peak in subsections. Experiments show that the Bragg wavelength demodulation precision of FBG sensor reaches 1pm and is ten multiple higher than precision of system without real-time calibrating module. Then strain measured experiment shows the error is lower than 1.5×10~(-6) in 1×10~(-4) range.
