| 摘 要： | 本文报告隐匿性乳腺癌7例,均以腋下肿块为首发症状。探讨了误诊原因,强调了以腋下肿块为首发症状的女性病人,应考虑到隐匿性乳腺癌;对乳腺各种检查无阳性发现者不能排除本病。确定性诊断需行腋下肿块活检。作者认为本病应行根治术或改良根治术并辅以放疗、化疗。

| Abstract: | Seven cases of occult breast cancer(OBC) were reported in this paper. The first symptom of the patients was a mass presented at the axillary region of breast. The authors consider that OBC should be considered in femal patients whose first symptom is a mass presented at axillary region, even if verious examinations of breast are negative. Biopsy of the mass is the best method for OBC diagnosis. The authors consider that a radical or modified radical mastectomy with postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy is the treatment of choice. |
