摘    要:探讨了水资源系统的多目标综合评估模型和方法。以克服现有评价方法中采用主观赋权法和客观赋权法等方法确定评价指标权重中的缺点。为了减小评价标准等级划分的主观性和简化指标值的划分,通过构建差距指数和协调指数降低评价目标的维数。在此基础上,通过考察评价对象的实际指标值与各理想区间的距离,采用基于理想区间的多目标评估方法进行综合评估。并以郑州市为例进行计算分析,结果表明本文提出的模型与方法能有效评估区域水资源系统所处的状态,并能揭示影响区域水资源系统状态的关键因子。

Abstract:The multi objective optimization method is adopted to determine the weight of indexes for assessment of water resources to overcome the defects of current assessment methods, in which the determination of weights is not objective. The distance index and coordination index are introduced to reduce the dimensions of the assessment objective. On this basis, the multi objective ideal interval assessment model is proposed to assess the water resources system. The application to the Zhengzhou City shows that the proposed model can effectively assess the situation of regional water resources system and find out the key factors affecting the development of water resources system.
