| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨应用健康信念模式进行健康教育,改善断指再植术后病人焦虑、抑郁状态效果。方法:将90例断指再植术后病人随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,观察组采取健康信念模式进行健康教育,对照组采用常规健康教育方法,分别于手术第1d和手术后第8d评定两组病人焦虑、抑郁评分并进行比较。结果:手术后第8d观察组病人的焦虑、抑郁指数评分低于对照组(P0.01)。结论:应用健康信念模式能有效的改善断指再植术后病人的焦虑、抑郁状态,对断指再植成活起着积极作用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the improvement of anxiety and depressive state of patients after digital replantation through application of health belief model. Methods：90 cases were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,health education based on health belief model and routine health education were respectively conducted into two group.Evaluation was done on the first day and the eighth day after operation. Results：On the eighth day after operation,there was significant statistically different between the two groups on the anxiety and depressive state（P0.01）.Conclusion：Based on health belief model,the anxiety and depressive state of patients after digital replantation can be alleviated effectually,and there is positive effect to the survival rates of digital replantation. |
