炭黑填充橡胶复合材料定子衬套力学特性分析

摘    要:传统的螺杆马达定子橡胶衬套在使用过程中容易出现失效、老化等现象,很大程度上缩短了螺杆马达的使用寿命。提出采用炭黑颗粒增强橡胶复合材料作为螺杆马达定子衬套的材料,提升其工作性能。选择恰当的代表体积单元(RVE)为对象,基于高精度通用单胞模型(HFGMC)建立炭黑颗粒填充橡胶复合材料三维细观力学模型,对炭黑颗粒增强橡胶复合材料的弹性常数进行求解。将所求得结果导入ANSYS中进行仿真分析,获得炭黑颗粒填充橡胶复合材料的螺杆马达定子衬套在工作压力下的受力情况。仿真结果证明:使用炭黑颗粒填充橡胶制造定子衬套,可以减小应力和变形,提高螺杆马达的使用寿命。

Abstract:The stator rubber of traditionalpositive displacement motor(PDM)is prone to failure and aging in the process of use, which greatly shortens its service life. A solution was proposed that carbon black particle-reinforced rubber composite works as the material of bushings stator toimprove the working performance. A proper representation volume element(RVE)was estab-lished based on the high-fidelity generalized method of cells(HFGMC)to obtain the three-dimensional meso-mechanical model and to compute the elastic constant of carbon black particle-reinforced rubber composite. The numerical results were imported in finite element software ANSYS to simulate the deformation and stress of bushings stator filled with carbon black particle-reinforced rubber composite under working pressure. Simulation results prove that the bushings stator with carbon black particle-reinforced rubber composite can reduce the deformation and stress, and improve the service life of PDM.
