Research and Application of New Casing Receiver for Offshore Oil and Gas Field

In the process of oilfield development, due to the existence of formation corrosion fluid, in addition, in the process of drilling, completion and workover, the wear of downhole tools on the casing and the defects of the casing itself may lead to the problem of casing corrosion or perforation, which directly affects the production safety of oil and gas wells.A new type of casing connection device is studied and designed, and the sealing of the connection barrel, basket slip, centralizing guide shoe, extension barrel and supporting auxiliary devices are optimized and improved to further improve the casing connection efficiency and success rate. The field application shows that the casing connector has reasonable structure, simple operation, reliable sealing and high temperature resistance. It can provide technical support for the recovery of normal production of oil and gas wells with casing corrosion damage, and is of great significance for repairing the wellbore integrity of offshore oil and gas wells.
