矿山地质环境评估及其防治工程设计——以宜阳君伟煤业为例

摘    要:为了避免和减少矿产资源开采活动中对矿区地质环境破坏,提高矿产资源利用效率,实现矿产资源开发与地质环境保护协调发展,以宜阳君伟煤业为例,对其矿山地质环境进行了评估,评估区面积0.848 1 km2,评估区为较重要区,矿山地质环境条件复杂程度为中等,确定评估级别为二级。现状评估认为现有工业场地为较严重区,其他为较轻区。预测评估认为未来采空塌陷区为严重区,现有工业场地为较严重区,其他为较轻区。根据评估结果,将未来采空塌陷区划为重点防治区,现工业场地划为次重点防治区,其他为一般防治区。并对其防治工程进行了设计,主要包括矿山地质环境保护工程和矿山地质环境恢复治理工程。应用所设计的环境治理方案后,矿山地质环境得到了保护和恢复,减少了矿山地质灾害所造成的巨大损失,提高了矿山企业生产效率,降低了生产成本。

Abstract:In order to avoid and reduce the damage to the geological environment of the mining area during the mining of mineral resources,improve the utilization efficiency of mineral resources,and realize the coordinated development of mineral resources development and geological environmental protection,this paper takes Yiyang Junwei Coal Industry as an example to evaluate its mining geological environment.The evaluation area is 0.848 1 km2,the evaluation area is a relatively important area,the complexity of the mine geological environment is moderate,and the evaluation level is determined to be Level 2.The current situation evaluation considers that the existing industrial plaza is a more serious area,and the others are a lighter area.The prediction and evaluation consider that the future goaf subsidence area will be a serious area,the existing industrial square will be a serious area,and the others will be a light area.According to the evaluation results,the future goaf subsidence area is classified as a key prevention and control area,the current industrial square is classified as a secondary key prevention and control area,and the others are general prevention and control areas.And its prevention and control projects are designed,mainly including mine geological environment protection project and mine geological environment restoration and treatment project.After applying the designed environmental governance plan,the geological environment of the mine has been protected and restored,reduces the huge losses caused by mine geological disasters,improves the production efficiency of mining enterprises,and reduces production costs.
