摘    要:针对区域综合能源系统分层控制的协调运行以及经济效益评价进行建模,分析了源网荷储区域能源互联系统的构成。该系统根据调度方式可分为上层和下层,给出了相应的目标函数;针对区域能源互联协调控制技术进行的分析,从时间尺度和空间尺度上对态势感知、优化决策、评估进行了分析。从协调优化、安全稳定、经济效益、社会效益4个维度,提出了源网荷储区域能源互联系统的评价指标,利用层次分析熵权法进行评价。案例分析表明,所提系统的多能源综合协调系数为0.684 5,说明了系统的分层控制协调运行有效性和评价方法的准确性。

Abstract:The coordinated operation of hierarchical control and the evaluation of economic benefits are studied,and the composition of the energy interconnection system in the source network load storage area is analyzed.According to the scheduling method,it is divided into upper and lower layers,and corresponding objective functions are provided. Analysis of control technology,situational awareness,optimization decision-making,and evaluation are analyzed on time and space scales.From the four dimensions of coordination and optimization,safety and stability,economic benefits and social benefits,the evaluation indicators of the energy system in the source network load storage area are proposed,and the entropy weight method is used to evaluate. The case study shows that the comprehensive coordination coefficient of the proposed system for multiple energy sources is 0.684 5,indicating the effectiveness of the hierarchical control and coordination operation of the system and the accuracy of the evaluation method.
