| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨焦虑、抑郁对孕早期先兆流产病人的影响及心理咨询干预研究对先兆流产保胎病人结局的影响。[方法]采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)在病人入院时进行测试,将100例有明显焦虑、抑郁症状孕早期先兆流产保胎病人分为对照组和研究组各50例。对照组采用传统健康宣教法;研究组采用心理咨询法,出院时运用SAS、SDS量表再次测定,并分析焦虑与抑郁相关程度。妊娠12周时B超观察胎儿情况,胎儿正常、无流产为保胎成功。[结果]出院时两组焦虑、抑郁总分均降低,但研究组焦虑、抑郁程度较对照组轻(P<0.01),且研究组保胎成功率高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]采用心理咨询可消除或减轻孕早期先兆流产保胎病人焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高保胎成功率。
