摘    要:本实验通过比较组胺引起的肺与呼吸顺应性、导纳的改变,以验证组胺引起的肺反应可由呼吸系统反应正确评估。结果表明,静脉滴注组胺可引起肺顺应性(CL),呼吸系统顺应性(Crs),肺导纳(GL),呼吸系统导纳(Grs),Pao2及显降低(P<0.05),Paco2及Qs/Qt显升高(P<0.05)。在组胺滴注时,CL与Crs(r=0.85,P<0.01),GL与Grs(r=0.95,P<0.01)均呈

Abstract:The aim of this study was to demonstrate that the pulmonary response to histamine can be correct-ly appreciated from the respiratory response.The results showed that histamine infusion produced a marked decrease in pulmonary and respiratory system compliances(CL and Crs),pulmonary and respiratory system conductances(GL and Grs),Pao2 and pH,and a marked increase in Paco2 and Qs/Qt.Highly significant cor- relations were found between CL and Crs(r=0.95,P<0.01),and between GL and Grs(r=0.95 ,P< 0.01) during histamine infusion.It is suggested that the response of the respiratory system to histamine infu-sion provides a simple and accurate assessment of the pulmonary response.
