| 摘 要： | 本文对３０例肺癌患者的血液流变指标进行了测定，并对其中１５例化疗前后进行了比较。肺癌患者的血液流变指标中，血浆纤维蛋白原（Ｆｉｂ）、血沉、血沉方程Ｋ值和ＪＢ值显著升高。肺癌病人化疗后红细胞压积明显降低，血浆纤维全白原随病情缓解有所降低，血沉有所增加，各种综合因素的改善，使ＪＢ值显著降低。化疗可以直接杀伤肿瘤细胞，还可以改善血液流变性质使病情缓解。血液流变指标的测定可作为监测肺疾患者病情演变和判断疗效与预后的一个辅助指标。

| Abstract: | Hemorheological indexes of 30 cases of lung cancer were detected, of which 15 cases were com- pared before and after chemotherpy. There's a marked increase of fibrinogen, blood sedimentation, value K and JB of the edimentation in hemorheological equation. Postchemotherapy, hematocrity de- creased markably in patients with lung cancer. Along with the relief of the case, there's a decrease in fibrinogen and blood sedimentation. Improvement of composite factor made JB value decrease signifi- cantly. Chemotherapy can kill tumor cells directly, improve the property of hemorheology and thus lessen the seriousness of the case. The assay of hemorheological indexes may be employed to detect the development in patients with lung cancer. It is also a helping index for effectiveness of treatment and prognosis. |
