摘    要:首先分析了行星滚柱丝杠副的传动原理,其次将行星滚柱丝杠中行星齿轮的部分结构参数作为设计变量,最后利用乘除法和模拟退火算法对这些设计变量进行了优化分析,从而在保证设计质量的前提下,缩短了设计周期,减少了设计成本.

Abstract:The transmission principle of the planetary roller screw is analysed,and then several structural parameters of planetary gear in the planetary roller screw as the design variables are confirmed.At last,optimal analysis of these design variables is carried out by the multiplication-division and the simulated annealing algorithm,so design cycle is shorten and design cost is reduced on condition that the quality of design is premised.
