复发性喉癌的手术治疗探讨

目的探讨手术治疗复发性喉癌的方法和预后。方法回顾性分析25例颈部淋巴结复发和(或)局部复发或远处转移喉癌患者的临床治疗资料。均随访5年以上。结果喉癌复发再次手术治疗的常见并发症是:咽瘘和切口感染。喉癌复发再次手术治疗后3年生存率为25%,5年生存率为1%。结论喉癌复发后预后较差,治疗方法以手术为主,辅以放射治疗和(或)化学治疗等综合治疗。喉癌手术后应密切随访,定期复查。

Anaylsis of surgery therapy of laryngeal carcinorma postoperative recurrence

Objective To investigate surgery therapy and prognosis of recurrent laryngeal carcinoma.Methods 25 cases of ervical lymph node recurrence and(or) local recurrence or distant metastasis of recurrent laryngeal carcinoma with clinical treatment data were analysed retrospectively.Follow-up of all patients was performed until the time of death or over 5 years.Results The recurrencesites included neck lymph node and/or locoregional recurrence and distant metastase.The main complication was laryngopharynx fistula and incision infection.The 3-year survival rates were 25% for patients with recurrent laryngeal carcinoma after reoperation.The 5-year survival rates were 1% for patients with recurrent laryngeal carcinoma after reoperation.Conclusion The prognosis of the recurrent laryngeal carcinoma is backness.The principal treatment was surgery and supplemented by a comprehensive treatment of radiation therapy and(or) chemical treatment for recurrent laryngeal carcinoma.Intimate follow-up must be carried out for the postoperative patients.
