| 摘 要： | 采用同时蒸馏萃取装置提取收集并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪对铜绿微囊藻挥发性成分进行了分离和鉴定,分离并鉴定了67种化合物,占总峰面积的85.11%,其中分离出烃类、酮类、醇类、酚类、酯类、醛类、酸类,杂环类8大类化合物.在所分离鉴定的挥发性成分中,其百分含量在1.00%以上的化合物10种,分别为:丁酸、十六酸、十七烷、豆蔻酸、圆柏酸内酯、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、植物醇、1-乙基-1,5-环辛二烯、2-戊烯-1-醇、1-戊烯-3-醇.为进一步研究铜绿微囊藻挥发性成分的组成和影响机制及危害提供基础数据.

| Abstract: | The volatile compounds of Microcystis aeruginosa Kuitz were prepared with simultaneous distillation and extraction equipment(SDE).They were isolated and identified with the capillary GC-MS method.The 68 volatile components were analyzed and determined,accounting for 85.11% of the total area of the peak,including eight classes of hydrocarbons,ketones,alcohols,phenol,ester,aldehyde,acid,and heterocyclic compounds.Among them,ten kinds of components surpassing 1 percent of the total area of the peak were butano... |
