新型水平式炉侧煤泥给料设备的设计和研制

通常煤泥的炉前输送方式有带式输送、刮板机输送、螺旋输送和管道输送等几种，近年来，一些科研工作者和企业对采用管道输送技术进行远距离高浓度输送煤泥进行了一些基础的研究和应用，制造了一些工业化设备。但是，对如何进行炉前给料和给料设备的密封研究较少．中国矿业大学北京校区在2002年就开展了对高浓度粘稠物料远距离输送系统的研究，其中就包括煤泥管道输送系统和炉前给料设备的研制。经过几年的试验研究并综合吸收了螺旋式给料机、活塞式给料机和炉侧水平喷射给料装置等设备的优点，又研制成功一种新型的水平式炉侧煤泥给料装置，该设备已逐步应用到煤泥发电、污泥发电和垃圾发电等行业。

Design and Manufacture of a New Type of the Horizontal Equipment by which the Coal Slurry is Fed from the Side of the Furnace

The paper introduces a new type of the horizontal equipment by which the coal slurry is fed from the side of the furnace. Blasting and feeding structure is applied to be horizontally installed around the middle part of the vertical wall of the furnace hearth. Under the action of the centrifugal force produced from the high-velocity rotation transmission shaft, the dense coal slurry column looses in the equipment and is not easy to coke in the furnace hearth. The equipment processes the low requirement towards the granularity of the coal slurry and the atomization properties, and its energy consumption is low, and which integrates the function of feeding, blasting and pipeline switch.
