摘    要:目的探讨以考代评制度下主管护师分层聘任的机制与意义。方法通过查阅文献并结合现代医院的工作特点对如何实现主管护师与岗位的最佳结合、促进人才资源的优化配置进行分析。结果主管护师是在护理队伍中起着承上启下作用的关键群体,实施分层聘任制可规范主管护师竞争上岗,科学配置和使用护理人才,达到员工和医院效率的最优化。结论以考代评制度下实施分层聘任制具有重要意义。

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the mechanisms and significance of hierarchical appointment system for supervisor nurses.MethodsBy combination of literature and working features of modern hospitals,methods and measures for hierarchical appointment system according to ability of supervisor nurses were analyzed.ResultsSupervisor nurses were the key groups which played an essential role in nursing team.Implementation of hierarchical appointment system according to ability could standardize the nurses to take up a job through competition,and realize the optimization of human resources and efficiency of a hospital.ConclusionIt is of important significance to implement hierarchical appointment according to ability instead of examination.
