| 摘 要： | 构建了多个双螺杆挤出机与机头之间过渡体的模型,以Carreau模型作为本构方程,利用POLYFLOW软件,对不同过渡体模型的三维等温流场进行了数值模拟,并运用后处理软件Fieldview,对不同过渡体模型流道的压力场、速度场和黏度场等进行了分析比较。研究结果为过渡体结构的优化提供了理论参考依据。
