摘    要:为了使总线型DCS(Distributed Control System)系统多设备并发通信活动保持有序性、正确性,提出基于Petri网模型对其通信协同关系进行研究.利用Petri网模型对DCS系统中上位机和下位设备在工业网络环境中的协同关系、协同机制进行形式化的描述、分析,用控制进程并发的理论观点来实现这种协同机制.实验测试表明,基于该模式实现的总线型DCS系统比Common DCS平均通讯延迟比小于97/10000,信息发送接收平均误码率低52.5%,平均故障恢复时间大约少6.6ms,体现了较高的实时性、高效性.

Research of Communication Mechanism in Bus Topology DCS System Based on Petri Net

Abstract:By taking advantage of Petri Net model, this paper describes and analyzes cooperative relationship and cooperative mechanism between upper computer and lower device in industry net environment. The cooperative mechanism has been realized successfully with the theory about process control concurrence. The experiment tests show that bus topology DCS system of the communication mode has many traits compared with common DCS, such as less average communication detention rate is less than 97/10000,average error rate of message sending and receiving is less than 52. 5%, the mean failure restore time is about 6.6 ms which embodies good real-time and high efficiency property.
