| 摘 要： | 为了采集到高频信号,本文采用配有高速A/D转换器的数字存储示波器（Digital Stor-age Oscilloscope,简称DSO）设计了一个高速数据采集系统.该系统借用DSO强大的实时数据采集系统,通过将DSO连接至计算机,并在计算机装上有关驱动软件后构成.该系统能够采集到带宽大、频率高的高频信号并且能够与计算机进行数据通讯.使用时可以根据信号的特征在计算机上安装相关软件程控DSO,设置DSO的有关参数及工作方式,采集信号的数据及波形,用于分析及处理.实验证明应用这种方法设计的高频信号采集系统经济实用、方便灵活,具有很强的实用及经济价值.

| Abstract: | To collect real-time signals of wide bandwidth and high frequency,the paper put forward a new method to design data acquisition system（DAS）.Using DAS of DSO,here is a DAS by Connecting DSO to computer fixed interrelated application software.The computer can program-control the DSO and collect the data and the signal waveforms of the measured and tested signals in the DAS,according to some parameter of the DSO.These data can be used for signal analysis and processing.The experimental results proved that DAS designed by the method is economical and practical,convenient and flexible. |
