| 摘 要： | 目的 :调查常州市 0 - 6岁儿童残疾的相关因素。方法 :以 2 0 0 1年常州市残疾儿童流行病学调查发现的 44例残疾儿童为研究对象 ,以被调查的正常儿童为对照组 ,进行单因素及多因素分析。结果 :单因素与多因素分析结果均提示 :与残疾相关的因素有出生史、家族史、学前教育和家庭儿童数。结论 :儿童残疾的原因既有先天性、生物性的因素 ,又与社会环境等后天因素密切相关 ,减少儿童残疾的发生率必须采取综合措施 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the related factors of childhood impairment in Changzhou municipality Method:The 44 childhood impairment,that were found in childhood impairment epidemiological survey in Changzhou in 2001,were made as study group,the other normal children were made as control group unifactorial and multifactorial analysis were made between two groups Results:The risk factors related are family histroy?birth history?pre-education and the amount of family children Conclusion:The cause of childhood impairment is related not only inborn factors,but also social-enviromental factors To decrease the prevalence of childhood impairment must take combination measures |
